Fiberglass reinforced plastic (phenolic resin) has good corrosion resistance to non oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, etc.), salt solutions, and water, but is not resistant to alkali and oxidizing acids (nitric acid, chromic acid, etc.). The highest temperature resistance is about 120-150 ℃, and the lowest temperature is -20 ℃. Our unit uses this material to produce FSY type pumps, which are vertical fiberglass submersible centrifugal pumps. The pump extends into the storage tank, and the depth of the storage tank varies, with a design depth of 500mm-3000mm to be selected arbitrarily. As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, it can start the liquid delivery without filling. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate, and the liquid will not leak outside the storage tank
This pump is widely used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyeing, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth, fertilizer, etc. It is the most ideal equipment for transporting corrosive media such as non oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) that do not contain suspended solid particles, are not easy to crystallize, and have a temperature not exceeding 100 ℃ on storage tanks.
